Lange & Fetter Motors is a Ford dealership in Trenton, Ontario. We started working with them on a video-only basis in 2023, producing short-form content for social media. When their internal social media manager went on maternity leave in December 2024, we stepped in to manage everything — strategy, filming, editing, and posting across all platforms.
The goal was simple. Make Lange & Fetter the most recognized dealership in their region and turn that recognition into sales.
The dealership was already known locally as "Lange & Bang" due to frequent car accidents near their location. We turned that into a recurring content series using real security footage and humour, helping the brand become a household name in the Trenton area.
We produced high-volume, attention-grabbing short-form videos built for retention and shareability. Every piece of content was planned around a strong hook, clear visual storytelling, and a local angle that resonated with the community.
When we took over in December 2024, every video on their channels was averaging 300–400 organic views despite having roughly 50,000 total followers. Their reach was down 93% from the previous six months.
Within the first 90 days we produced 11.3 million organic views and grew their following by more than 25,000 people. Organic reach increased by over 2,867% without any paid ads.
